2 Modes
It allows two modes of climate assessment, continuous and traditional once a year

Allows adjustment of the continuous evaluation model for measurements every 2, 3, 4 or 6 months
Systemic Model
You can use our systemic model of areas to assess, create your own areas, or a mix of both
2 Meters
You can choose between two types of meters for participants to rate, by emotis or numeral
Don't know/No answer
Allows you to configure the assessment to allow or disallow "don't know/no answer" type answers that will not count towards the result
Respondents Groups
Allows you to define up to 3 groups of respondents (e.g., by job level) in order to categorize the data
