WHAT IS DISC?
DISC is the language of behavior that allows us to “predict” and “model” people’s behavioral tendencies based on their behavioral personality styles. This is based on the premise that people are different, but…
…predictably different

DISC FACTORS

Each adjective reflects one of the four predictable dimensions of human behavior that are found in different levels and combinations in each person, which is called DISC Profile.
From the combination of factors and depending on their intensities, DISC behavioral profiles are obtained, which give us the behavioral tendency of the person and help us understand how he/she will perform in different environments or under different circumstances.
COMPLIANCE
How we respond to
rules and procedures
DECISION
How we respond to
problems and challenges
SERENITY
How we respond to
changes and the
pace of things
INTERACTION
How we relate to
and influence others

HOW DOES DISC METHODOLOGY HELP US?

By understanding a person’s reaction tendencies to problems, relationships, changes and norms, we can to some extent “predict” people’s natural or instinctive behavior, which we call unconscious behavior. At the same time, we can measure their adapted behavior, also called conscious behavior, i.e., how the person decides to act in a given situation. This allows us the potential for success that the person may have when faced with different demands of the environment, be they tasks, relationships, communication, challenges, urgencies, procedures, etc.
