DISC YOUTH
The DISC Youth Students Version aims to contribute to the self-knowledge and development of the young student.
Knowing our style will make it easier for us to learn how to improve different areas in our lives, will facilitate our ability to adapt our behavior depending on the situations or circumstances we are dealing with at any given moment, and will substantially improve our power of communication.
Understanding our personality style and that of others helps us to:
- Communicate better with others
- Preventing and resolving conflicts
- Appreciating other people who are different from us
- Influencing others in a positive way
Understanding who we are gives us the tools to understand how to interact with our world, those around us, and ourselves.
VOCATIONAL
The vocational assessment is unique in the market since it is not based on work tasks to be performed (mechanistic), but on the vocational root of future activities.
It helps the young person to determine his/her vocational areas and gives him/her the 2 career alternatives that best fit his/her choice with its professional applications.
It also calculates the match between his/her DISC personality style and the chosen professions, giving him/her 3 additional matching career options. Assesses which cognitive areas you should work hardest in.
Generates a job profile with characteristics that his/her future career should have and those that you should avoid.
