DISC is the language of behavior
Each adjective reflects one of the four predictable dimensions of human behavior that are found in different levels and combinations in each person, this is what is called a DISC profile.
The DISC assessment is an online test of 24 groups of 4 questions each that evaluates:
- Level of Decision: How we respond to problems and challenges.
- Level of Interaction: How we relate and influence others
- Level of Steadiness: How we respond to changes and the pace of things.
- Level of Compliance: How we respond to rules and procedures.
From the combination of factors and depending on their intensities, DISC behavior profiles are obtained and give us the behavioral tendency of the person and help us to understand how they will perform in different environments or in different circumstances.
